This small bright light easily attaches to your key chain with the attached key ring to make it easily accessible when you are trying to unlock the door in the dark. Works great for finding other things in the dark as well. Attach it inside your tent for a small high powered light when you are camping or use it to find the bathroom in the middle of the night. Great for automotive workers to shine down in the engine to see what they are working on under the hood or under the vehicle. So many uses for such a convenient little light.

I never really bought this item, but now that I found where I can, I sure am glad! I had a deep blue version of this same LED and this baby was POWERFUL. Blue light actually has less visible light when compared to cooler color temperatures (White, yellow, and red actually produce more visible light... see "color temperature scale" on Google images for more info). When pointed at the ceiling, it would illuminate an entire room (over 150 sq.ft) easily. The LED illuminates in two ways, quick on/off or constant on/off. It's composed of a push in tab and a small white sliding switch on the that you can slide up and that will keep the LED on until you release the tab. The tab will pop back into place so you don't need to worry about it turning on while it's in your pockets (a HUGE plus over the Inova LEDs).
My only gripe is the casing. It's made out of a very cheap plastic and the switch itself is pretty flimsy. The switch on mine snapped off and I was forced to transfer the LED into another housing (similar to the Garrity LED casing). The LED may be exposed (and some people would consider that to be a flaw), but I kept mine on my keys and the LED always functioned as bright as the day I got it... so durability on the LED itself is pretty impressive. I just wish I could say the same for the casing.
